Shipping policy

Shipping to the Contiguous United States:

Prices shown on FibraMent.com include FREE FedEx Ground Shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders generally ship from our factory within 1 – 3 business days after receipt of the order. Typical delivery is then 1 - 5 business days after leaving our factory. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information on the day your order ships.

If you require us to ship to a PO Box or if you request that we ship your order via U.S. Postal Service (whether it’s to a street address or a PO Box), there will be a $15 per carton fee. Please note that depending on order size, a shipment may contain multiple cartons.

Shipping to Canada:

All shipments to Canada will be fulfilled using FedEx Ground Shipping and will include a $35 fee per carton. Please note that depending on order size, a shipment may contain multiple cartons. You will receive an email if additional shipping fees are required prior to the order being processed. Orders generally ship from our factory within 1 - 3 business days after receipt of the order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information on the day your order ships.
