For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, fees and brokerage charges.

There is a $15 per stone fee for trimming a standard sized stone down to your desired size.

7.75% sales tax will be applied to Illinois deliveries.

All sales are final.

Shipping to the Contiguous United States:

Prices shown on FibraMent.com include FREE FedEx Ground Shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders generally ship from our factory within 1 – 3 business days after receipt of the order. Typical delivery is then 1 - 5 business days after leaving our factory. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information on the day your order ships.

If you require us to ship to a PO Box or if you request that we ship your order via U.S. Postal Service (whether it’s to a street address or a PO Box), there will be a $15 per carton fee. Please note that depending on order size, a shipment may contain multiple cartons.
